Hi Larry,

I know a solution you can try but since I can't post attachments /
screenshots, I'll forward it to your gmail account.

For the others, use the 'Email Calendar' feature in MS Outlook.

In the 'Send a Calendar via Email' window:
*Calendar:* choose your calendar from the dropdown
*Date Range: *select the date range or specify dates
*Detail:* choose 'Full Details'
*Advanced: *(check boxes) you can choose private items and attachment
items. (Email Layout) select 'List of events'

Once you click ok, the email will generate and you should see a calendar
index at the top and scroll down to view the full details of each event.
You can print > pdf it as needed.
