The Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Bureau of Enterprise Systems Technology (BEST) has issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for IBM FileNet partners to provide assistance to state agencies implementing IBM FileNet and IBM Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) related technologies.  While the State is interested in the full range of technologies, experience and value added capabilities an IBM FileNet partner may offer, a key component of this project will be the implementation of the IBM Enterprise Records and ATLAS components for records management and disposition functions at the agency level and global retention policy and schedule management, respectively.

The State intents to award contracts to multiple contractors. The exact number is not pre‐determined, but will based on the number of qualified responses received as a result of the invitation. The contract awards will be for a two-year term, with extension options up to two additional years.
