Donna,

I am not aware of any shredding companies that provide shredders although
many of them will do the shredding on-site, for a fee of course.

I would be interested in knowing why the two departments are against using
the bins?  They would be saving themselves time and energy.  I remember
coming across a situation similar to this years ago where a couple of
departments wanted to shred the documents themselves because they didn't
trust the shredding provider.  I had the provider give a few of them an
overview of the process and give them a tour of the shredding operation.
Worked like a charm - they agreed to get rid of the shredders and were
replaced with bins.
