Greetings,
What are the best practices in regards to maintaining
board meeting materials? Are you
retaining only hard copies, only electronic, or both? Is there any reason why we should not retain only electronic copies? Since
we are required to keep permanently and are running short on space, keeping only electronic copies would be great. I would like to get a better understanding what people in non-profits are doing in the field.
