Regional Records Manager Job in Princeton, NJ



Our client is seeking to fill a Regional Records Manager job in Princeton, NJ. This candidate must have ten years plus experience of applying document management programs on a corporate level. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is also an advantage but not required. Major duties include but are not limited to managing, developing, and sustaining all documents/files within their technology systems accordingly with corporate requirements.



Regional Records Manager Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the regional operation by maintaining and implementing internal policies

* Analyze, identify and report trends affecting management trends affecting management content

* Develop and prepare reports identifying compliance gaps and solutions



Qualifications

* Certificate Records Manager (CRM) or equivalent accreditation (required)

* Ability to work independently or within a team

* Extensive knowledge of records management

* Strong communication skills and organization skills

* Ability to demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking
