I guess we all have something that we don't need but clearly want.

 

A friend recently asked me how many guitars I have saying he didn't understand why on earth anyone would need more than one since only one could be played at a time. And I quipped back that I couldn't understand why he had more than one car since he could only drive one at a time lol.

 

Although I play mostly Gibson guitars, those darn people at Fender make their Strats & Telecasters in all those neato old car colors. With names like "Lake Placid Blue" or "Ocean Turquiose" or "Burgundy Mist" (Mercury colors from the early 1960's) what's a guitar player to do?
