Permanent retention of recordings??????  That sounds like a knee-jerk reaction to a past/current problem that will only get worse!

Of course, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority follows the rules and regulations from the State of Florida and the Federal Aviation Administration, and as such, our current retention for sound recordings of meetings is two anniversary years past adoption of official  minutes (GS1SL-4).  Then, I am allowed to destroy the taped recordings.  Makes sense to the state and federal attorneys and makes sense to me, too!
