I have done the same with my students taking my Advanced Records Management course at Leeward Community College...Our Listserv is one of the best sources of information and "shop talk" amongst RIM professionals.  Your students will love the exchange of ideas and banter...

 The students in my class are required to join the Listserv and introduce themselves.  My expectation is that each one will find value in this networking.  They should find it especially interesting to read the job announcements during this semester.  I appreciate that so many of you demonstrate kindness to the students each year.  I first joined the Listserv in the mid-90's and it continues to be the best gathering place for our profession.
