Greetings all - I've been off the radar for some time but happy to be back
again. I'm in a position now where we are implementing a full on, hard
core, pedal-to-the-medal ERM/ECM program and tool. It's an exciting time
for me - been wanting to do this for ages.

I'm wondering about the best way to approach the Working Folder. In the
tool, this is a default space that all users get. What I'm worried about is
that it will just be a dumping ground for everything, and will end up looking
like unmanaged shared drives.

A question for you who have travelled this road: advice for the best way to
manage that? Audits? Limits (I'd prefer not)? Novel approaches?

Much thanks.
