I forwarded your question to David Fleming, my Pacific Region Manager, and he replied:

" The Awards Program is being reviewed holistically and changes will be made across the board.  The first change was announced last week:

The Awards Luncheon will not be held.  
Major awards will be announced in a General Session Chapter Level award recognition will be done on a continuous basis at the ARMA Booth on the Expo Floor."

Sounds like it's kind of a moving target right now.
