Dear Members,
Can anyone direct me to policies that govern retention of electronic procurement records, specifically, how those records are purged or scrubbed from the system once the retention has been met?
I need language that describes this process/ these procedures.
I am assuming that such policies are contained in contracts written by the institution involved or by the vendor who provides the service. But I may be wrong.
