Hi everyone, does anyone know of a good resource(s) for best practices in managing physical versions/copies of documents? Not tracking circulation so to speak, but making sure that business users, who have printed a copy of a document, manage that document copy appropriately (e.g., don't lose it, don't print too many copies, etc.). Examples of document copies that I am referring could be confidential documents/reports, committee/board materials, etc. Electronic-only versions won't suffice for the scenario I am exploring.
Thanks for any help you can provide,
- Brett
