Dear colleagues,

I am writing to ask for your participation in a survey that I am conducting as part of my dissertation research at the School of Library, Archival and Information Studies of the University of British Columbia (UBC). I am asking information/records management specialists whose organizations have used, or are using cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications to contribute opinions and information on SaaS applications and records management.

Your responses to this survey are very important to help us better understand the implications of SaaS applications use for records management.

The survey is anonymous and delivered on secure survey software that meets the privacy and security criteria of the University of British Columbia (UBC). Any identifying information you choose to provide at the end of the survey in order to receive a brief summary report of its results and/or to be contacted to answer further questions will be removed from the dataset prior to analysis to protect the confidentiality of your identity and your answers.
