Dear colleagues,

I am writing to ask for your participation in a survey that I am conducting as part of my dissertation research at the School of Library, Archival and Information Studies of the University of British Columbia (UBC). I am asking information/records management specialists whose organizations have used, or are using cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications to contribute opinions and information on SaaS applications and records management.

Your responses to this survey are very important to help us better understand the implications of SaaS applications use for records management.
This survey should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please click on the link below to go to the survey website (or copy and paste the survey link into your Internet browser).

Survey link: https://survey.ubc.ca/surveys/mphqcqhghxzbgnmx7gfzrp6pqwqnmd/records-creation-using-software-as-a-service/

The survey is anonymous and delivered on secure survey software that meets the privacy and security criteria of the University of British Columbia (UBC). Your participation is voluntary, and completion of the questionnaire indicates your consent to participate in this research. You may choose to end the survey at any time. Any identifying information you choose to provide at the end of the survey in order to receive a brief summary report of its results and/or to be contacted to answer further questions will be removed from the dataset prior to analysis to protect the confidentiality of your identity and your answers.

The survey will remain accessible for your input until December 10, 2015.

I appreciate your time and consideration in completing the survey. Thank you for your participation in this study!

Sincerely,

Weimei Pan
