If you work for a financial services company, I wonder if you could tell 
me your retention period for deposit account transactions data. I 
understand you are probably not at leave to post this information in a 
public forum, so if you want to email me directly off list that would be 
appreciated.

Last week we polled the ABA Records Management Working Group, and 6 of 6 
respondents answered "7 Years." I can post to the list a similar tally 
without names if I get a significant response.
