No battery chargers for electric forklifts or things of that nature, but to
be honest Dick, I don't think it thought to cover things like hand-held
devices such as bar code readers or walkie talkies or smartphones, all of
which may be powered by Li-Ion batteries now.

I mean, think about how long it has taken for us to even get meaty language
to cover "electronic format records" in there.
