When we switched vendors, leaving IM and moving to Bayshore Records Management, given all the accusations of re-boxing in the industry, we had written into the SLA that the vendor could not re-box without my approval. I trust our current vendor, and do not believe the language is necessary, but it was included to demonstrate to firm management that he and I were on top of this.
