I agree with your points on their own, however I think you give the author
too much credit. The article didn't really make much logical sense to me -
what does cloud, integration, IoT, etc. have to do with RM/DC?

And then I got to the bottom and saw that the author is CEO of CDDMAC, the
Certified Document Management Assn of Canada. Of course it's a doc control
issue to the CEO of the doc control association. In other words, nothing to
see here. I'd comment on the article to that effect but I didn't see any
way to do so. Meh.
