Hello,

I'm curious if anyone can share experiences or opinions about the new Certified Records Analyst (CRA) designation from the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM). Has anyone taken this? If so, what was your experience with the course and exam? Do you think the CRA itself is valuable or would it be better just to pursue the Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation? I currently work as a RIM Analyst so pursuing the CRA for me would not be for job prospects but rather to extend my expertise with the financial help of my employer.
