Regional Records Manager - Northeast Region

A prominent international law firm has an opportunity for you to manage the records management operations of three records centers in the northeast region of the United States! Your home office will be in DC and you will travel to other offices in the northeast region. The Regional Records Manager will be responsible for the overall life cycle management of all records created and maintained in the northeast region. This includes administering department policies; managing projects related to records management software including implementations and upgrades; training end-users and maintaining vendor relationships. This position will also manage staff located in 3 northeast offices and be responsible of hiring and training of records staff.

Candidates will have at least 4 years records management experience. Must have advanced management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong decision making, technical and organizational skills. Law firm experience is desired and Certification in Records Management is a plus.  This position is very exciting as the firm is growing and the opportunities are endless.
