Looking for industry standards info on these questions:
 
1.  What is the average time to locate a file in a conventional
four-drawer style file cabinet as compared to lateral cabinet as
compared to open shelving with vertical end tab color labels?
 
2.  Is there an average retrieval cost per file and/or box from
off-site?
