Good idea. Many other lists I read have a similar link or instructions
in the footer.

However, at the risk of being called uncivil or a bully, any bets on how
long before we see someone ignore that and still try to unsubscribe
incorrectly <grin>?

Now if you want to unsub from the list all one need do is click on the
link, that will then automatically launch an email message in the
correct format to the correct address. One need only hit the send button
