John,

Having been a CRM for about the same period of time, I'll agree with  
your statement.

One tip for perspective CRM candidates - collect and read  
glossaries!  Not just records management glossaries, but ones from  
AIIM, IT organizations and any others you can get that are related to  
information management.  In order to answer test questions, you have  
to understand the question.
