I must have missed the first email on this. But I would like to just make a  
comment.
 
I am and have been a records management consultant for what seems like  
forever and love it. I  do not favor any vendor of any product.  I try  to 
understand the needs of my client or prospective client and help them make  the best 
decision to fill their needs.  That means helping them locate a  variety of 
vendors and guiding them thru the evaluation process to the final  decision.  And 
by guiding, I mean helping them to understand the hazards,  the pros and cons.
