Please respond off list to my colleague, Jim Arnold, at [log in to unmask]
How do you know how well your RIM program is succeeding? We need to
assess the RIM functions of a complex operation, but we're having a hard
time defining the success categories and establishing standards or
benchmarks. We hope to do this at the corporate, business unit, and
departmental levels. Whew!
Measuring compliance is easy: the goal is zero violations. But are
there measures and benchmarks you use for process speed, accuracy,
costs, responsiveness, and attainment of project objectives? Are they
any standards, or even performance targets, that you have found helpful?
While this might make a lively Listserv discussion, please also respond
directly to Jim Arnold: [log in to unmask]
Many thanks!
