TSL recently issued a 600+ page report that details all the various
reports that state agencies and institutions of higher education are
REQUIRED to produce

"The goal of this project is to examine reporting requirements placed
on state agencies and to recommend the repeal, consolidation, or other
actions that will reduce the number or frequency of reports required
of state agencies without compromise to the need for the regular
submission of information necessary for the efficient conduct of
government administration."
