Who is your current nearby community "incumbent?"

It is not unusual for lawyers to use economic tactics as part of an attrition strategy. Regarding lawyers who try to bend the law to usurp our freedom of speech and other freedoms, a dose of "frontier justice" is warranted. I am sure native Arizonians know exactly that to which I refer.

Best regards, Steve

Folks,
Had a report in the paper here of a nearby community that had its
lawyers contact a local bloger and threaten legal action. Seems he was
exercising that old freedom of speech and asking that two council
members be recalled. The lawyers contended he was in violation of state
law and had to register as a political action committee. The State
Attorney General, I believe, as well as the fellow's attorney had to
remind the intimidating party of the notion of free speech and to suck
it up. However, the fellow still had to pay for legal counsel to remind
these taxpayer funded twits that it is legal in this country to
criticize the government. I know this has come as shock to the current
incumbent and his minions but now the constitution seems to have been
forgotten by local government. Dick King
