Hi. Looking for ideas that I might implement as to how Records Management is structured within other law firms. Wanting to find ways to gain team balance in management. I currently have both centralized and de-centralized records programs in 8 offices which include NBI / Conflicts, Audits, creation through disposition of records - no matter the format.
Willing to share?
