don't focus on just paper consider the other items such as binders, toner
cartridges, folders , etc.
What you'll need to do is look at your past stationery/office supply
purchases. Identify those items that are closely related to
documents/records then track those items post implementation.
Your copier vendor should be able to supply you with the number of copies
produced each month. You can track copier usage post-implementation also.
