I'm in need of two records analysts to help our staff complete a major records inventory project we started earlier this year. These positions are available via a temp agency, and will last through the end of January, 2010. The project involves retrieving, reviewing, classifying (using current records retention schedules), in some cases reboxing, and dispositioning boxes of inactive records stored offsite. Each of these boxes could weigh up to 35 lbs or more, and are in varying stages of disrepair.
Note that the positions are based in a regular office environment in the Atlanta area near the Chamblee MARTA station, and that the temp agency may require you to undergo a drug test and background screening. You can choose to work either a standard 5-day forty-hour work week, or a four 10-hour day work week (Tuesday-Friday), and overtime may be available. The sooner you can start the better.
