so define eBook. as I understand it each platform, nook, kindle, or sony's,
uses a  proprietary software. I also understand that each has different
functionality, eg kindly does not allow you to annotate your copy. here's a
question that I've not seen asked. Can you hook these items up to a printer?
if so, can you print out selected pages?

ARMA already publishes (and has for quite sometime) standards, guidelines
and best practices in a pdf format. I already purchase these items in pdf,
so i'm not really sure what you are asking for. IMJ and IM articles are also
available in pdf format
