Has anyone completed a study to determine the productivity gains realized when switching from small, plain white labels with black text to the color coded labels offered by vendors such as Colorflex, Smead and Tab?
I want to switch out 15,000 personnel files to color coded tabs to improve efficiencies in the file room but I am not having any luck with determining productivity gains I might realize. I have reviewed the vendor websites and haven't had any luck so far.
I would like to offset the cost of installing the system against the gains in productivity in my proposal.
Also, it has been a few years since anyone has asked "can you recommend a vendor for color coded file labels?"
Thanks!
