Because I am not going to/need to send these records to the Records 
Center, I don't have to/need to follow the retention schedule.
Because these records are in electronic form, I don't have to/need to 
follow the retention schedule.
While I work here these records are permanent, but after I retire you can 
do whatever you want with them.
