I think the first thing that needs to be done is determine what information
will be tweeted and why?. personally I think of the tweets as another means
for delivering the message. If it were me I would maintain a log of the
tweets made including date and time. Declare this log the record since it
contains the message and when it was made. Conversely you can always do a
screen capture each time a tweet is made.
but clearly the organization needs to determine what will be tweeted and why
