*Description*
Provide records management support services for a Federal Agency. The
candidate will work with Agency staff to identify vital records collections,
schedule the Department's records systems and educate Department employees
in record keeping requirements.  Contract staff will be required to develop,
update, and revise records disposition schedules in all media formats;
develop automated tools to implement a Vital Records Program; conduct
evaluations and assessments; assist in the development of policy and
guidance products; and perform a wide variety of records management projects
and activities.

*Experience/Qualifications:*

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  Practical experience in Federal records management
  Experience in developing records disposition schedules
  Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels
of management
  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in records management
  A Certified Records Manager designation by the Institute of Certified
Records Managers is desirable.
