Deanna,

Absent any regulatory requirements, I would think there are two things
you should document: 1) Training Records: that the individuals took the
course and what you told them, and 2) Program Records: that your
organization has such a program, when it started, and your program info
over the years.

For the Training Records, I'd estimate the reasonable longest time a
student might stay at your school, including grad school, then tack on
whatever your state's general liability for negligence is (2 yrs in PA).

For Program Records, I'd keep one copy of original program descriptions
permanently (yes, I hate that word too), a new one being filed any time
it is superseded by an updated program.

Just my opinion/first impression.
