    * Develop and implement an enterprise records management program.
    * Establish corporate-wide standards for the control of all
records (e.g., business, patient, financial, etc.) in all media
through their complete life cycle from generation, receipt,
processing, distribution, storage, retrieval and final disposition
(e.g., destruction or permanent storage).
    * Develop internal records management policies and procedures for
record retention, retrieval, and disposition in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations.
    * Develop and oversee corporate record retention and disposition schedules.
    * Determine records management infrastructure solutions (e.g.,
document imaging, records management software, offsite storage, etc.).
    * Manage outside vendor contracts for records storage (if applicable).
    * Accountable for records management across all functional business areas.
    * Assess organizational records management training needs and
provide educational material for employee development regarding
records management policies and procedures.
    * Develop a communication strategy to provide all employees with
up-to-date knowledge of records management standards and requirements.
    * Conduct periodic audits regarding compliance with records
management policies, procedures and external regulations.
    * Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
