I can't speak to corporate practices but the government agencies I am
familiar with file meeting minutes by the date of the meeting as you
would not necessarily know when they were finally approved.

Maybe I'm just too outside of the box, but wouldn't you search for the
minutes by the date of the meeting?  That's how I look for them.

Can anyone assist with a filing issue.  Our corporate secretary would
like to file approved meeting minutes by the date of the meeting while
our legal department would like to have the approved meeting minutes
filed by the date of meeting where the minutes were approved.

Are there any standards/best practices?
