Hello colleagues

I'm undertaking a project to rationalize our records services contracts
(back up tapes, paper storage and shredding) and wondered in anyone had
developed a RFP that they could share with me? I would like to ensure we
cover all the critical service requirements and are aware of our rights
for removal from one vendor to another.
