I was interested in the concept, not so much Larry's individual actions.  I
know that many of you, including myself, are regaling over the fact that
PG&E has a terrible records system.  

Let's make up a hypothetical case.  A hacker breaks into a tobacco companies
servers and fishes out some emails that show that the company is suppressing
studies that show that tobacco kills.  He leaks it to the press and becomes
a well cited hero.  Does the end justify the means?  Or, an employee (maybe
a Records Manager) ignores his companies records destruction policies and
saves copies on his personal PC, then leaks the incriminating information
after he leaves the company.

Where do our morals and ethics lie, especially for Records Managers?  That
is the question.
