I am not debating the whistleblower aspect of this situation and really have
no information whether or not Larry took home hoards of his employers
information or not.

It's a simple question to ask of all of us.  Is it ethical to take home and
keep employers records after you leave?  Is it wrong to take records that
you would subsequently use in legal proceedings to demonstrate
discriminatory employment termination?  Where's the cut off?
