Simone,
Doing a Wprk process analysis prior to th einventory would be like putting
th ecart before the horse.
It is critical to get the inventory completed as soon as possible.
the benefits of a process anaysis is secondary but as you probably suspect
no less imporatant in the long run.
If you try to do the analysis without know all the records you have you wil
end up redoing to many functions.
