U-M computer and video game archive has lofty goal: Collect every game ever
made

Room B474 is no ordinary library, it’s UM's Computer and Video Game
Archive<http://guides.lib.umich.edu/cvga>,
which boasts more than 3,000 games for more than 30 systems.

Unlike other video game archives throughout the world, anybody can come
into Duderstadt and play any game available, whether for research or just
to relax after a long day of studying.

In that sense, the video game archive is without peer.

“Leaders and best,” jokes *Dave Carter<http://www.lib.umich.edu/users/superman>
*, who came up with the idea for the archive back in 2007 and has been in
charge of it since opening in 2008.
