Judge Scheindlin Issues Strong Opinion on Custodian Self-Collection United States District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin<http://www.nysd.uscourts.gov/judge/Scheindlin>has done it again. Scheindlin, who sits in the Southern District of New York, issued another landmark e-discovery decision on Friday, July 13, addressing the adequacy of self-collection by government entities in the context of the Freedom of Information Act.
