Lizette - we have been producing microfilm of payroll reports produced out
of our SAP system. These reports have a 75 year retention. We are also
about to begin producing microfilm backup of various tax and recording
reports, which have permanent retentions. In essence, these reports are
generated by converting pcl language out of the SAP system into reports
"printed" by the vendor's ArchiveWriters. Density has been excellent, but
we have had some issues with resolution - it takes some trial and error to
get a decent final product.
