Description: In this all-day workshop, experienced Certified Records Managers from our local ARMA chapters will present the ICRM-licensed CRM Exam Preparation Product materials covering Parts 1-6 and practice case studies. The sessions are designed to guide CRM candidates through the entire examination process. Presentation handouts, ICRM Handbook, and ICRM Bibliography of Resources (http://www.icrm.org) are included in the registration fee. Continental breakfast, snacks and lunch will also be provided.
