Hi Donna,
I would suggest a review and purge of any emails that are not needed, every
three (3) months. Additionally, I would suggest reviewing user access
rights to any RM databases that you have at least every six (6) months.
These are two quick and easy RM housekeeping tasks that can make a
difference.
