I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this forum. I am the Records Officer for a Crown Corporation in British Columbia, Canada. I have been in the Records Management industry for 15 years.

We currently work with both physical and ESI information.

We have a block numeric function based classification system for administrative and operational records that are very old and needs to be reviewed and redrafted.

I am currently drafting up a business case to ask for approvals and funding to hire a resource to interview staff and rewrite our operational classification system.

Does anyone have sample business cases or good resources they can recommend?
