Hi All,


I am hoping someone on the list can provide me with some ideas. I’ve been
asked to take an inventory of 200 boxes that contain microfilm reels.  The
purpose of the inventory is to collect metadata to facilitate keyword
searching of contents on each reel.


Only the following information is available for each reel:

·       Box number

·         Reel number

·         Location

·         Date

I would like to know whether anyone has had a similar project and the
approach used to collect the information.
