Lately I've been wrecking my brains out trying to devise new career goals and identify opportunities for growth. I'm on the fence between an e-discovery certification class or applying to enter my region's master gardener program (doesn't seem to fit with RIM, but there's quite a bit of organization and data gathering/tracking involved in horticulture).

Okay...while I decide what I want to be when I grow up, I was invited to participate in a panel at a local chapter's ARMA meeting. The topic is what it's like to go through the process of becoming a CRM & this chapter's new CRM mentoring program. I have to say that I haven't been so jazzed about anything records management related in a very long time. I love to mentor or coach. What a great way to stretch my own gray matter by helping someone achieve a professional goal.
