We looked at the scan and OCR each image route, but many of the original
images are hand-written (some in cursive) notes/forms and the OCR
technology we looked at wasn't that advanced - not sure if it ever will be.
So, yes, we could have scanned them, but we still would have had to
inventory them. Since they aren't accessed frequently we felt it was more
cost effective to inventory the rolls and access them when needed.
